Hollywood Stars give Birth

Friday was a busy day at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A with 3 Hollywood stars giving birth just hours apart.

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden gave birth to a new baby girl.

In November, Richie said they could not agree on a baby name. "I figure I'll be in the hospital for at least a day, so I'll figure it out then," she told Access Hollywood. In the same interview, Richie indicated the couple would wed "eventually."

Courtney Thorne-Smith and husband Roger Fishman welcomed their first child, a boy named Jacob Emerson.

Courtney Thorne-Smith is well known for her role on According to Jim.

Comedian David Alan Grier and his wife, Christine Y. Kimalso welcomed a baby girl hours before.

Luisa Danbi Grier-Kim – Danbi means "sweet rain" in Korean – was 7 lbs., 6 oz and 20 inches long. She was born by planned C-section.
