Everybody knows the famous inflated myth: Hollywood Star Diet.
Actually, Hollywood star diet is a formula diet available in the market. But there are also many others so-called Hollywood star diet published in blogs and forums, which are not the original one branded "Hollywood Star Diet".

In my experience as a Personal Trainer, loosing weight relatively fast is possible and it can be done safely.
There is no need to exercise like crazy or to die starving either. No need of any Hollywood star diet. Our body does respond if you treat it right.
The problem is, when you don't have a guide explaining what it is you’re doing wrong, or to give you an alternative step to follow if you got stuck at some point. Not everybody can stay away of munchies or sodas.
