Working from home, retirees work from home. Everyone looks forward to retirement. All through our working years we prepare for the time when we can relax and enjoy the golden years.

Now we look outside at whats happening in the rest of the world and suddenly we begin to realize that the nest-egg we laid aside may not be enough for a leisurely retirement in today's economy. The cost of every day living is outrunning our ability to keep up. That nest-egg we have put aside for ourselves seems to be getting smaller and smaller.

We don't panic, we just change our plans and retire a little later than we had originally planned. Many people are still working well into their sixty's and seventies and still can't retire comfortably. Some of these still don't see retirement in their future, and some don't plan on retiring at all because they are enjoying their work.

Imagine, a job where you don't have to leave the comfort of your own home. You can work 60 hours a week if you like, or you can work 6 hours a week. If you want to take a couple of weeks and go on a cruise, your the boss, do it. Yes, working at home retirees, work at home.

I am going to take the whole month of August and go up to the coast of Main And do some sailing with my sons. I love sailing. I can take my laptop with me and check in occasionally to see what's happening with my business while i'm vacationing.

There is a self employment opportunity available for everyone who wants one. It's not difficult, as a matter of fact I find it down right enjoyable. If you own a computer you already have an advantage. If you know how to use that computer you will make giant leaps ahead in your home business.

Keep this in mind. You don't have to know a single thing about a computer to get your business up and running. All you need is a brain that works and the intestinal fortitude to stick with it until you make your business a success.

There are books available that will help you understand how to build a business on the Internet. One I highly recommend, is written by Ann Sieg it's titled "The Renegade Network Marketer" it"s a book that has been read and studied by thousands of people. It is an e-book, that means you can download it right it right into your computer and print it out or read it off of your computer screen.

There are two other books that I recommend, they are a little more technical but give a real good information about marketing. They are both written by the same author, "Building On A Budget" shows you how to get your business up and running for very little cost. The other one has great information also it's titled "Magnetic Sponsoring". I have both of these books on my desk and I reread portions of them often.
