The experience that I have with traditional businesses is that most businesses bring stress that you carry with you most of the day. People are always being mistreated, back stabbing is also very common. Some people are so afraid of losing their jobs that they will do almost anything. Most people want to move up the ladder. Because of the unstable economy, costs for everything rising, mortgages hanging in the balance, folks are enduring more stress and doing what ever it takes to hold on to their jobs.
