Home made Ice cream receipes

I have two favorite receipes for my ice cream maker Vanilla and Peanut butter. Note: they require an ice cream maker.

Vanilla

  • 1 1/2 cups Whole Milk
  • 1 1/8 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 cups heavy cream AKA heavy whipping cream or whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

In a large bowl (to prevent splashing trust me) with a whisk mix milk and sugar until dissolved. Stir in heavy cream and vanilla. Turn on machine a pour mixture into the freezer bowl and let mix for 20 to 25 minutes. For firmer ice cream place in to freezer for 2 hours.

Vanilla is my favorite because you can add all your own toppings after its done. This is helpful if you have different people in the family who like different things in their ice cream.
