Home Remedy To End Premature Ejaculation

Premature ejaculation is the most common sexual problems among men. It's estimated that 75% of the male population have experienced premature ejaculation in their lives. Fortunately, this is also the most easiest problem to solve. Furthermore, the most effective solution to end PE permanently is through a home remedy.

This article will discuss some of the home remedies for premature ejaculation. The remedies won't cost you anything, they're fairly simple and guaranteed to work as long as you're not lazy.

First, let's talk about some of the causes of PE.

There are several causes why many men are suffering from premature ejaculation:

  • Excessive childhood masturbation with the intention of reaching orgasm quickly. Adolescents tend to masturbate and ejaculate quickly due to fear of getting caught by parents or other family members. Hence, the habit of ejaculate quickly or prematurely had been developed and wired into our system since we were very young.
  • Unable to control intense arousal and sexual stimulation. Once arousal reaches the point of no return, we don't know how to stop or hold back. The good news is that you can easily learn some fundamental techniques to hold back your draw.
  • Being too sensitive to handle prolonged stimulation. Again, this can be cured by tweaking a few of your sexual mental and physical factors.

Here are some home remedies for premature ejaculation you can try....

  • Practice the "stop-start" approach. This practice involves stimulating the penis almost to the point of no return, then STOP and let it subside for a few seconds, stimulating it again, then stop again.... repeat it a few times. This approach will help you train and strengthen your ejaculatory reflex.
  • Practice Kegel exercise to strengthen the pelvic muscle (the same muscle you use to hold your urine). This exercise is easy to practice, simply contract your buttock for a second and then release. Do this 15 times in a row, working up to 60 to 75 contractions twice a day.
  • Practice breathing exercises. Simply inhale slowly through your nose and exhale forcefully through your mouth. This simple exercise can help reduce stress, tension and anxiety. It can also help calm arousal and delay the ejaculation process.
  • Exercise regularly.
  • Avoid excessive alcohol and stop smoking.

These are just some basic home remedy techniques you can practice to control premature ejaculation and last longer in bed.
