Home Tip - How to get the mildew smell out of your laundry and clothing

Come on, we all do it. Leave our clothes in the laundry a little too long. We try not to, but it happens. I googled how to get it out and came across most posts saying you can't get it out and some saying use vinegar. Well, I tested it and Vinegar works for sure!! These kitchen towels of ours, nasty, makes me mad because I can never get the smell out and have spent money replacing them just because of the smell.

To get the smell out, start your load of laundry and make sure that the soap does NOT have bleach in it. Use HOT HOT HOT water and a cup of Vinegar. That's it. Worked like a charm.

IMPORTANT TIP: DO NOT MIX BLEACH AND VINEGAR!!!!!!!
