Until a year or so ago, installing home solar panels would make most people instinctively clasp their purses and wallet tight! And I wouldn't blame them... THEN. But now it's a completely different story. I mean do you know a single person who isn't aware of Global Warming? Or anyone who doesn't want to preserve the planet? Ok, there's always a 'few sticks in the mud', claiming it's all hype, or a big government conspiracy. But not many conspiracies come in the form Government Incentives and Rebates, for those who install home solar panels or any other kind of renewable energy source system in their homes! In fact, that makes me feel distinctly trusting and kindles hope for the future of planet Earth!

The Game is on folks, and the next few years are critical. We have known for a long time that human activity is making the planet pay a hefty price, it's just that before, there wasn't much in the way of evidence to absolutely confirm it. But all you have to do is look at the weather we've had over the past few years, or the more intelligent TV documentaries to know in your heart that we can't really shift the blame anymore.

More and more we are seeing catastophical weather storms, earthquakes, and floods. The atmosphere itself is becoming more active. When I think about this, it seems very similar to what a pan full of water does if you put it on a stove, and put heat under it... at first, the water does nothing, it just sits there like normal. Then as the heat increases, you start to see activity in the water, which slowly increases until boiling point.

I'm not saying we are at boiling point!, but to me, it's absolutely clear that it's time to turn the heat down, before we're as dead as the dinosaurs.

When i talk to people about it, a lot of them say " ....yeah.... but Nature always works itself out, the planet has survived millions of years of constant change and re-forming...." and that's usually where the conversation ends, before there are too many "yeah, buts.." and "no, buts.." and i bore another human with righteous spiel.

But where is it written that Nature has any plans for us whatsoever? Sure, it will do whatever it does naturally, but nature can kill indescriminately, and if we disrespect it like we have been, could quickly and easily wipe out the human race along with vast numbers of other wildlife and plantlife..... for years and years!, until some brave species have the nerve to poke thier heads up into evolutionary cycle again.

But it's not too late, it's well within our grasp to divert the planets current destiny.
