Cellulite is a problem for most women and it can be caused

by a variety of reasons like poor circulation, a lack of

oxygen to water retention, hormonal changes, menstrual

cycle, and poor lymph drainage in both men and women.

Some people are affected by cellulite because of unbalanced

endocrine system while others blame their allergy to wheat

and milk products.

Unfortunately toxicity is a major cause and this could be

environmental which is something that we cannot control.

If it is dietary you should not drink alcohol, coffee or

tea because these can be big contributors to cellulite.

It is not easy to eliminate cellulite because it can always

return if you are affected by it. Fighting cellulite can

be a lifelong battle for some people and with the fact that

our environment is saturated with toxins does not make the

fight any easier.

The air that we breathe is full of pollutants so is the

water that we drink. Vegetables contain residues of the

fungicides, herbicides and pesticides that are used in

farming methods. The meat that we eat contains residues

from antibiotics, hormones and steroids that are given

routinely to farm animals.

The fish that we eat, swim, eat and breed in water that is

full of unnatural and dangerous contaminants. When you take

in to consideration all of these factors it is no wonder

that people develop cellulite due to all the toxins that

clog up the tissue of the body.

When you get ready to get rid of your cellulite the first

thing to do is to change your diet. You should be eating

fruits and vegetables that you have soaked and scrubbed

because this will help to remove some of the impurities and

make the food healthier for you to eat.

The best way to improve your fruits and vegetables is to buy

ones that are grown all natural without the fungicides,

herbicides and pesticides. You can buy fruit and vegetables

that are grown all natural in most supermarkets today.

Many severe case of cellulite can be reversed with no more

than a change of diet and an increased intake of vitamins

and minerals. The best thing to eat would be only raw

vegetables including bean sprouts that have been soaked and

scrubbed whenever possible.

Buy things like free-range chickens, eggs, turkeys and

rganically grown whole meal bread, pulses and rice. You

should drink only spring water, fruit juices and herb teas

that don't contain caffeine.

The most important thing when it comes to eating is that you

should not eat any dairy products that come from cows. You

should stop eating foods that are fermented. One of the best

things to eat to eliminate toxic debris is raw cabbage.

You should also increase your daily supplement of vitamin C

to 1000mg a day until the cellulite is gone. Also increase

your vitamin B and zinc intake too. When you are buying

vitamins make sure that they are not derived from yeast.

When you are working on removing cellulite you should take

an anti-cellulite bath before using the cabbage and seaweed

wrap. You can buy some cabbage and seaweed that are both

excellent to use in the treatment of cellulite.

You can take chopped up cabbage and seaweed mixed together

and put it between two pieces of fine material such as gauze

or muslin and iron it out. Yes, use and iron to iron it out

then wrap it all around the area affected by cellulite if

you need to you can use some spring water (bottled store

brought) to wet the area first so that the wrap will stay in

place.

Leave this on for about 15 minutes then remove. After

removing apply some oil and massage into the skin. You

should always test a small area of skin with some of the

mixture before applying it to a large area of the body just

to make sure that you don't experience some kind of an

allergic reaction to the product or mixture.

When you create your own oil mixture at home you should

store them in a glass bottle or jar that has an airtight lid.

This will help to keep the mixture fresh.

Some good essentials oils to use in these mixtures are as
