Tips for Eye care  Always wash your eyes with cold water 3-4 times a day, especially when coming from outside.Avoid your eyes getting dried. Dry eyes cause severe pain and later result in severe eyes infection.    Home remedies  1.Put 2-3 drops of rose water in the eyes daily. This will give soothing effect to the eyes.  2.Potatoes are used in keeping eyes healthy. Take small rounded piece of potato and put it over your eyes. Leave the potato slice for 10-15 minutes and then remove it. This will keep eyes stress free and lustrous.  3.Keep small round slice of cucumber over your closed eyes for 10-15 minutes. This will give you relief from eyes pain.  4. Eat fruits rich in Vitamin A. These are essential for healthy eyes and proper eye sight. Carrot juice is very good for healthy eyes and good eyesight. It contains beta-carotene, which is rich in vitamin A.         Tips for blackheads  1.Take about 1 tsp of juice extracted from fresh coriander leaves and add ½ tsp of turmeric powder in it. Apply this mixture while going to bed. Wash your face the next morning with cold water.  2.Make a paste by mixing 1 tsp limejuice and 1 tsp of finely powdered cinnamon. Apply it on the affected area before going to bed. Wash it off in the morning.  3. Take a pinch of soft portion of glycerin soap and mix with a pinch of table salt. Apply this mixture on the blackheads.  4.In 3-4 cup boiled water, add 2 tsp of soda bicarbonate. Steam a towel with this. Thereafter, place the towel gently on your face. Do it for about 5-6 times.  5.Prepare sandalwood face pack using sandalwood and rose water. Apply this face pack on blackheads affected area and let it dry, then wash your face with cold water. It will help to remove blackheads and will keep your skin cool.
