Honey Recipes and uses

I have had a passion for honey all my life and I need to let people know all about it now. I have touched on various aspects of honey and bees at many times over the years. When I was just a wee boy, my granny kept bees in the garden and fed us honey and propolis (always reserved for the "bairns") and I was fascinated by them, and just a few weeks ago I went on a recent trip to a beekeeping exhibition at a local farmers show and was still fascinated, especially by the sheer volume of uses for hive products and the number of honey recipes they had.

I have tried so many different honeys, and when I travel (I've been lucky and I've visited many places) I like to try different honeys. Although they are all honey it is amazing how much they can differ - similar to fine wines or even malt whisky - no two honeys are exactly the same. I becasave me an enthusiastic promoter of royal jelly for a while; I even used to sell royal Jelly and Royal Jelly based skin care products during the eighties!

I have a hankering to learn more about bees and their contribution to the world we live in. I might even start up a hive of my own or at least join a local beekeeping club if I can find one. Any help from people out there in the Interweb world about where to look would be much appreciated. I have collected loads of information about bees and their products over the years and I have a great pile of honey recipes and other uses for honey.

I hope to share all this information with as many people as I can and hopefully learn from evry other bee lover out there. So please check back whenever you get a chance or leave me tips on where to find the best stuff all about honey on the Internet.
