Curls are in these days, and so are layers. Straight hair is always in fashion, but now layered cuts are in. Flicks and bangs are also seen a lot. You can try fringes as well — in all lengths. Boys are also getting more experimental — these days we see a lot of people coming in for Mohawks. Messy styles and spikes are in.

Short-medium bobs are in. If you want to colour your hair, wine colours are in. Also global colours, ie a single colour from roots to tips are fashionable. Browns and subtle shades of blond are in.

Wash your hair everyday. It’s a myth that regular washing causes loss of hair. In fact, not washing will cause more hair loss. These days there is so much dust and pollution that hair needs to be washed everyday. Treat your scalp like your skin. Keep it as clean as you would your face. If your hair is not oily, then conditioner is a must!    Good eating habits are a must. Have lots of water and fruits. Oil massages are good too. Don’t go for brands where shampoos and conditioners are concerned. Find one that suits you and stick with it. Hair spa treatments are also very beneficial every month or 15 days.
