How I Lost Over 80 pounds in About 90 days

While I was growing up I developed horrible eating habits.  I was eating things like cookies, candy bars, chips, etc.  I never got any exercise much either.  Finally I decided to do something about the weight I had gained over the years.  I tried to follow some of the popular diets that were around at the time.  I just couldn’t stick to them.  In the article I am going to tell you what I have done to loose weight.  Hope you enjoy the tips I give you.

 

·        Things I changed about my eating.

 

The major thing I changed was I was sucking down cases and cases of pop a week.  I started drinking water instead of pop and lost a lot of weight just by doing that alone.

Plus water flushes out your fat cells also.  It took awhile to get use to drinking water exclusively, but you feel so much better when you do.  Water has no calories at all in it.  You can drink all the water you want and not gain a thing.  So the first thing I would recommend would be to drink water instead of other drinks. 

 

Before I went on my new eating adventure I over ate all of the time.  Eating at fast food places was what I did the most.  I would always get the biggest soft drink, burger, and fire that you could.  Number one I didn’t need the extra nasty fast food in the first place. And number two fast food is horrible for you!!!  Fast food just makes you feel really bad after you eat it.  I remember for breakfast I would usually get two or three McDonald bagel sandwiches.  Even if I exercised eating like that isn’t going to change my weight much.  So I knew that I had to change my eating around in order to get any success.  I started with the first meal I eat everyday, which is of course breakfast.  I now eat a bowl of Cheerios or some other healthy whole grain cereal for breakfast.  It taste great and is really good for you also.  For lunch I may eat some rice and chicken or a tuna sandwich.  Instead of a bag of chips or greasy French fries I eat a piece of fruit such as a banana or grapes.  Any kind of fruit you choose is better than chips or fries.  For dinner I might eat a nice lean deer steak or some lean turkey or chicken.  Salmon is really great for you and I eat it quite a bit.  Also I quite snacking all of the time.  If I did snack I would make sure it was healthy for me before I consumed it.  At first cutting out all the pop and bad foods might be pretty tough on you.  If you stick with it you will enjoy the new and healthy foods just as much or better.

 

·        The Exercise I Did

 

Up to this point I wasn’t a very active person.  I started out trying to left weights but it always hurt my back.  Finally I started doing the simple exercise know as the push up.  Now at first I couldn’t even do 5 push-ups in a row.  Now I am doing 300 push-ups every other day.  So at first you think you will never get anywhere doing them but if you stick with it you will.  If you would like more info on push ups read my push article titled The Best Exercise In The World.  If you do these things I suggest I promise you will see the weight come off and stay off.  Hope this helps.
