there is no unemployment but there is a hidden propaganda that only certain sects will work in certain lands.

only farm hands the cheapest labour are available for everyone

that's the curse of caste.

on one end we have landowners who own up vast areas but claim just owner ship and wont even pay taxes.

if only the agriculture is made agro farming where it becomes business , dignity of labour, labour laws and land rules wil apply to all.

then it will generate employment.
