As I have said before when referring to shoes, every girl loves to shop for an awesome new handbag, purse, satchel, man bag, whatever you choose to call it. And as every girl does, I have a favorite (or at least favorite of this week) designer; Chloe.

As an avid lover of Chloe designs I recently received the new Chloe Paddington Leather Handbag as a gift for my almost birthday and a new romance blossomed. I have been wanting another one for quit sometime, as I do own a previous version from 2005 - but in all honesty as beautiful as these bags are they can be quit spendy. Of course this could be due to the bags classic personalities and designs that are almost timeless but still represent of the current trendy times as well.

Some important stuff to remember, would you buy a car without a Vin number - NO so don't make the same mistake with a purse no matter what the scammer says. Some of the purses now such as coach purses even come with a micro chip or identification card to help protect against gray market goods. Some things to look for are the designer will always have their name inside the bag such as inside a pocket or something, the stitching should always be even, no colors on the bag should be uneven or running, and of course there's the infamous miss spelling of the name. If you don't notice the misspelling of the name, and I mean this in a completely loving way, you deserve the knock off you pay for. If there is small things such as on my Chloe there is a key for the padlock the Chloe name is embellished in it, and if you really just aren't sure your best bet is to take to a merchant store such as the designer one or somewhere like Neiman's or Nordstrom. And also people stick to the golden rule "If the price is to good to believe, (HELLO) it probably is.

Now if you would really like one of these fashion novelties but don't have the beans or buying power to purchase one there are other things you can do. There is a website called BagBorroworSteal.com that allows you to rent designer handbags at a low monthly cost for as long as you want, and then they also leave you the option to purchase the handbag in the end too at a "used" price of course. There is also the options of Amazon.com and eBay.com to as well, where I have found plenty of wonderful things at great prices and most of the time they offer purchasers protection as well too.

Now for the people out there (and I'm not going lie I have bought them myself when I really liked something but didn't want to spend the cash) what a wonderful world of shopping you have. There is a whole new market opened up to you everyday especially on the Internet - but as a sympathetic note from one avid shopper to another it is illegal so watch your shopping bag ladies.
