How to Get Rid Of Chest Fat

Are you trying to lose your man boobs? Well your are extremely lucky that you have wandered on to my hub. I had been a man boobs sufferer from my early teenage years. I was never attractive to woman, or it least in my mind I never was. Nor did I have many friends growing up I would be what I guess you could say an outcast sitting in the corner eating lunch by myself. I tried to workout nut I really did not know what I was doing. It was not till I went through puberty that I really began notice my man boobs.

I honestly though I was going to turn into a woman my nipples were enlarging seemingly by the second and they had come very sensitive to the touch. I even tried buying the latest craze diet pill and the rest of the junk. None of it worked for me. When I turned twenty I said “screw it” and turned to wearing a chest compression shirt all time, this was okay during the winter but had no place in my summer wardrobe. I lived like this for years. At least I turned my life around after have a near fatal car crash, once I was healed I decided I would lose my man boobs no matter what.

My first step was exercise, I began running like a crazy man and simply burned out. I then began a simple walking program starting at ten minutes every night after supper and added a minute every week. Once I was up to thirty minutes I noticed I was starting to lose a little weight and got super excited. I then bought what must have been twenty books about diet and exercising.



What man boobs treatment is right for me?

When you try to lose your man boobs most men only concentrate on doing chest exercises. This is fundamentally wrong the whole body must be attacked while the chest will be worked the entire body must get into shape also. I started lifting weights with my home gym and after a few months began to notice how much stronger I had gotten yet I could not get\that cut look that I wanted. This is when I read about this new type of exercise called HIT or High Intensity Interval Training to burn fat. As using running as an example the premise is to run as fast as possible for minute and then walk for a minute and repeat this cycle eight to ten times. I really noticed the weight starting to come off of my chest when I began this program it felt awesome, yes it was hard but after a few weeks I actually began to love my workouts.

They gave me time to clear my head and get the anxiety of life out. It has been almost a year since starting my training and am proud to say I have loss my man boobs and could not be more grateful. Last weekend was the first time I had actually taken my shirt off at the beach and I felt awesome wearing shades and checking out the chicks is the life for me now. I all I need to do now is find a girlfriend I have no worries now as I have met a handful of woman in the last week.
