Before I managed to astral project myself, I read a very interesting book about astral projection which I thought must just be a work of fiction and that no reasonable person could believe in such weird talk like this.

After all, the traditional teachings taught in our schools how to astral travel was not considered (astral travel ) It is possible that somebody had a dream and thought they abandoned their body but to leave the body in the real life was an incredible story.

Tradicional science has considered things like this pure horse-puckey ...so we cannot be surprised that something like astral projection would be sent to the trash before studying it. If a scientist tried to use some money to find out more about such a topic probably wouldn't keep his job for a long time

But even with this behaviour of traditional science there is a lot of proof that astral projection or astral travel or out of body experience exists.

Lots of people have reported their experiences out of their body. The number of people and situations where people have been able to astral travel accidentally or deliberately induced is incredible.

The origin of these situations is very different.

There are cases where astral projection occurs lying down to take a nap, being mentally fresh. Others reports stated that people under great stress pressure were able to astral travel and see themselves out of their bodies, as if they were watching them in a movie. There are other cases where people under the effect of drugs (even alcohol) saw themselves lying in bed from the air.

It is something that surprises everybody when they realize that astral projection is something that is not random, but that it can be induced.
