Examples of this could be someone that is spontaneous, generous, humorous, honorable, quirky, kind, or being well read.

3. Discover Your Mate From Hell: Take out a clean sheet of paper and begin making a list. Write down ALL the qualities in a person that you would NEVER want to attract. This is the polar opposite of your perfect mate. If smoking disgusts you, then write it down. If being career oriented makes you ill, then write it down. Describe the worst person that you could imagine. Describe your worst mate and worst possible relationship. How it would look, sound, feel. Then circle all the ABSOLUTE worst items. Cross off everything that you don't like, but could live with.

4. Describe The Type of Person That You Would Have To Be: Describe in detail the person that you would have to be in order to attract the person that you've described. Put all of your focus on who you'd have to become.

The purpose of this exercise is for you to get very clear on the exact qualities and characteristics that you want in your perfect mate. It's equally important to understant what you don't want! It is the clarity that brings you to the realization of who you must be to learn how to attract women, men, or that perfect someone.
