Fitness Training

Why Fitness Training?

The battle of the bulge it is a frightening phenomenon! It petrifies me and I am daily reminded why I value my personal trainer so much! That burger I ate on the weekend is sorted out in a series of simple yet effective exercises which without the help and motivation of my personal trainer, would never happen!

My personal trainer has earned his nickname "Hitler". He mercilessly whips our asses into shape and no amount of moaning, complaining and whining has ever forced him to loosen his firm iron grip on our fitness training regime! And for this I am truly thankful. This brings me to the idea of being a personal trainer. Not just anyone can decide tomorrow "oh, I want to be a personal trainer". Personal training takes dedication and a great deal of interest in fitness and health. Of course the personal trainer has to attend a number of personal training courses and will ideally end up with a personal trainer qualification. This personal trainer qualification is not just a pretty piece of paper that he or she will attach to their study wall. Obtaining a personal trainer qualification will mean that he or she is now able to effectively advise healthy eating and exercise programs for each of their clients.

If you take on the services of a personal trainer, take the time to ask them which personal training courses they attended and allow them the opportunity to put your body through its paces. You will be completely amazed at the results! Now while I would love to stay and yack a little longer... I have a meeting with my personal trainer! Today we are working on weight loss - wish me luck!
