How To Become A Team Leader

Everybody starts at the beginning whatever we do in our lives.

When building a home based business you don't start as a team leader you have to learn new skills. So you begin as a student. The number one criteria is to be willing to learn, be coachable.

You also need to be taught duplicable skills that you can also teach to your team when they join your business - this is called a duplicable system.

Criteria number 2 is a good teacher and active business building team leader who knows about the particular industry and the home business you are wanting to build.

Criteria number 3 has also just been mentioned and that is a duplicable system. The system must be so anyone can follow. e.g. from the newbie to the experienced; for the part time people to the full time people. This will also come with a support structure, a team that you can turn to anytime with any question or query, no matter whether they be your upline, downline or even crossline. This makes you as a trainee team leader become bulletproof, because you will have a solid infra structure that has many skills, abilities that will duplicate to your own team.

So therefore you can grow into a full fledged team leader duplicating all that you carry along with the support structure, duplicable system down deep into your own team organisation.

This is how we became team leaders and we live by this example. With the right people at the helm giving training, nurturing and a proven duplicable system it is almost impossible not to become a success as a great team leader

What does it really means by 'Duplicable System'?

Does it means you got to blindly follow your team leader? I've heard a lot about 'Just do what I told you and tell your team to do the same'.

Hello Arzumy, you have made a good point.

A duplicable system is something that can be copied.

Look at it this way...for example..a person would like to become a builder (construction worker)..but in order to do this they need to be trained..right.?

A trainee builder follows a system and copies the trained builder..but at the same time they are learning, thinking, developing and growing into the builder that they desire to be. And as you are probably aware..building a house requires a duplicable system that has a team of people working together no matter what their level maybe.

And within that team you will have good team leaders

It's exactly the same in building a home based business..!

Also don't put your head in a bucket..do your research...look at the system and see if it is working throughout the generations. If it works then go with it..also look at the concept of the system..is it founded in integrity and teamwork.

For a system to be able to be duplicated it requires the efforts of the whole team not just one person..it requires a team of people to collectively support and help one another..mastermind with each other.

That is where you will find good team leaders.!

Hope that answers your question.
