If your looking for something free then you porbablly will have to comply to some of there standards they may also add ads to your page or other options so that you can have a free web page. Also You have to have a sub domain. To have a Domain or your own web name costs money ussually on a monthly or yearly amount. The second thing is make sure their credible look around on verios blogs, read reviews, etc and find out what kind of features the site enables and any hidden fees or extra bonuses. Third, make sure the web host has the right programming for you so you can add what you want to your page. These are the 3 major things i would look for.
