So You Want To Conceive a Baby Girl?
So, the time has come for a new baby in the home and you have made the decision that this child has got to be a bouncing baby girl. You have heard from friends that it is possible to increase your chances so you have made the decision to find out how to conceive a girl.
Under normal circumstance, you are left with a 50% chance that the child you conceive will be either a boy or a girl and what you are needing to do is to change those odds so that they are in favor of conceiving a girl. While it is up to the sperm that your partner will be contributing, to increase you odds you have to increase the odds that the right sperm makes it to the egg first.
The sperm that is capable of producing a baby girl has a much better stamina then the ones that will make a boy. What this means is that they can stay in the vagina much longer then the other sperm but at they same time they are not as fast at swimming as the boy is. The goal is to have intercourse roughly 3 days before the release of the egg during your ovulation as the sperm that will make a girl is willing to wait that time period.
Of course it is not just timing, there are other things that you can do to increase your odds. For starters, you will have to make the PH levels of the vagina high because it will not effect the sperm that will make a girl, but the other type of sperm will not like it one bit.
Making sure that your partner is not going in all the way is also helpful because as stated previously, the boy sperm are in a rush and this will make them weaker having to go a further distance. The female producing sperm do not mind those extra few inches one bit.
Making sure that you have a good ovulation prediction tester will help you to make sure that you have the intercourse at the right time. Too early and none of the sperm will survive the release of the egg and if too late you are back to those 50:50 odds again.
Along with PH testing strips, you will be able to make it very inhospitable to the male producing sperm. Make sure that you are testing your vaginal PH levels and if necessary douche to increase the PH levels. When everything is done at the right time and with precision you will be able to make sure that you are increasing the chances when you are trying for a baby girl.

This does much to explain why it's not the mother's fault if she only produces girl babies. ;}
On a more serious note, Ph level can adversely affect a woman's ability to conceive because it can kill *all* the sperm, not just the weaker "boys".
