Your advantage is there is a lot of great ways to do it these days, with a website on the net, and even a myspace(a really great way to get pre teens to notice).

You may also want to try going to events, such as big events they hold at hotels, they do draw crowds in that's for sure. Get flyer's stickers all that kind of stuff, and just have friends and family help you get the word out there to people. If you have to money to run some kind of ad on a local channel or news radio station, that's great to.
