If that happens then you need a software that can backup your data card quickly and easily. Genie backup manager can handle various data formats such as Word documents, Excel spreadsheet, Microsoft Access Database, Microsoft Power Point Presentation, or winrar or Winzip Archieve, Adobe PDF, image formats such as JPG, JPEG, PNG, or GIF, and other data .

In Software main menu select the backup

Here is a tutorial for backup of important data in your hard disk:

Backup Job Menu

• Create a new backup job : create a new backup 
• Edit Existing Job : edit the backup was made before
• Backup Job Name : name of the backup data that will be made 
• Backup Description : description of the backup data that will be made
• Create a shortcut on my desktop : create shortcut to the backup data that is made to the desktop

If you have finished click the Next button

How To Backup Menu

• Local / LAN: to backup data in the internal or external hard disks, or backup into the LAN network.
• Multiple disks: data backup to removable media devices such as Flash disks
• Remote location using FTP: data backup to the FTP service.
• CD / DVD media: the backup data in many formats to CD / DVD such as (DVD ± RW / DVD ± R / DVD-RAM / CD-R / CD-RW)
• Tape device: the backup data to tape in the drive.
• Online backup: backup data to the internet using the Server Genie.
  

Choose Local / LAN to backup your data and specify the destination backup folder 

How To Backup Menu
On this menu have 3 categories:

• My Profile : in this category you can backup data Outlook, Outlook Express Data, Desktop, My Documents folder, Media Files, Photos and pictures, Registry, Settings Windows Settings Internet Explorer, Favorites, Windows Address Book, and Fonts
• My folders : in this category you can backup the folder / file you want
• My Plugins : in this category you can backup the settings of different applications supported by the genie backup manager

Choose a category My Folders to backup your data with a mark folder / file you want in the backup. If you have finished click the Next button

Settings Menu

In this menu you can adjust the settings using the backup data such as data compression for the backup, add a password on the data in the backup.
If you have finished click the Next button

You Ready to backup your data now
Click Backup Now to backup your data
Wait some time until the backup data is complete

In addition to the backup data you can also restore data that has been in the previous backup
At the beginning of the application menu select Restore

Select File to Restore Menu

Select the backup data that has been made before
or click Browse to select (Genie Backup Manager Job) stored in the hard disk
If you have finished click the Next button  

At the next set file / folder that you want to be returned
And Select Restore Files To :

• Original Location : restore data in accordance with the backup folder is saved
• Alternate Location : restore your data with the alternative locations have been determined.
• Single Folder : restore the data in 1 folder. Folder structure that was created before will be lost.
  

If you have finished click the Next button

You Ready to restore your data now
Click Restore Now for restore your data
