What You Can Expect From A Healthy Detox Diet
Rather than working against the natural detox process that your body uses (as many traditional detox diet plans do), my suggested solutions will show you how to detox your body the healthy way. Hi Annette - I usually follow a 3 or 7 day detox plan about every 3 months to try to keep on top of toxin build up. I find a 7 day plan more beneficial as your body gets longer access to healthier foods and more time to eliminate the toxins.
