Although it may seem, download music from the Internet can be perfectly legal in certain cases. Polemics aside, if a composer decides to allow visitors to download their work, the process is perfectly legal and will not have to fear that the SGAE (www.sgae.es) or any other "company" stormed our home to claim fines and responsibilities court. Many musicians even let you use their songs for free, as detailed below in this article.

Distribution licenses as "Creative Commons" (http://creativecommons.org) have provided artists define a licensing system to disseminate their work (not only in music but in any intellectual discipline). For example, the musician can enable anyone to reproduce his work for free, and even modify it, if they are recognized authorship and is not used for commercial purposes. Or any other combination of the same or different permissions for each particular work.

Why would an artist leave anyone to listen and download your songs? Most likely you do because you want to be known as economically as possible, whether it be a professional music and ultimately sell their work, as if just the personal satisfaction of sharing their creations.

There are plenty of creators who do not have the promotional support of a label, so it is extremely difficult to connect with their audience. The radio and TV stations are not noted for his interest in discovering new talent (leaving aside the peculiar case of "Pop Idol" and similar products).

In short, if our work is part of minority styles, or is not considered commercial, will be ostracized, regardless of their musical quality.

Of course, you can download music on CD-Audio, portable MP3 player, mobile phone or any playback system we want, to enjoy wherever you are. (Some download portals payment impede use downloaded music on certain devices).

Generally, the music is downloaded in compressed formats like MP3, WMA, OGG, etc.
