Sigh...if only I had the answer, for Prince Charming still eludes me. How refreshing it would be to stay at home baking bread and writing more hubs, instead of kissing toads and visiting my shrink. I have, however, learned a few tips during my 20-some years of dating horror and would be most pleased to share these gems with you:

-Exposure, exposure, exposure. You're not going to meet the Prince crumpled up on your couch watching King of Queens. I know this from experience.

-Never give up. Just because he lied about his age and needs help finding the bathroom, doesn't mean the next guy down the line won't be Mr. Right.

-Interrogate and investigate. Ignorance is NOT bliss. Are you absolutely certain his gorgeous on line face wasn't superimposed on another's body, or that his wife is really dead? Hmm? Are ya?

- Last but not least, always have a sense of humor. You're going to need it. Trust me on this one. Now - where did I put that Kleenex box?
