Learning how to flirt with women is not hard.  It is something that can easily be learned.  Getting comfortable with flirting with a woman is probably the hard part.  So how do you overcome this? You flirt with every girl you can.

Be able to play right along with the woman you are flirting with.  Consider it a game.  Make her laugh and if she is touching you and punching and saying lines like, "I cannot believe you just said that!" you are doing it right. 

Just keep a straight face and then after a few seconds turn it into a sly grin and just keep looking at her.
