This is actually a charity sponsored forum through Goodwill. This site offers many online classes. Basic computer skills, Advanced computer skills, Resume writing and cover letters, Learning Tax Credits, Life Skills Sections, and so much more. This is really a great site, and it is not intimidating at all. So if you know somebody who is intimdated by using the computer, this is a perfect way for them to get aquainted at their pace, and without any pressure.

8. GET FREE STUFF......GIVE FREE STUFF

This is a super site, and I have used this one for years actually. It is essentially a community recycling group, that you connect with online, and through your closest matching city. It's 100% FREE. You must join this group to see the listings and participate. Don't worry, you don't get spammed. People post things to give away daily, and you can respond with interest if you would like to take the item. I have given away book shelves and desk chairs, and I have received some craft items as well as pet items. You must give away something first, before you can qualify to take something. This is much safer than some other online venues, (I won't name them, but they are filled with scam artists anymore), and you can pick-up some good quality items that someone just doesn't have any use for anymore. I even gave away my studded snow tires when I was moving out of Alaska. The selection is too great to even list, I would just say......join the group closest to you.

9. FREE POSTERS

Another advertiser sponsored site. You can print 8/5" x 11" posters of a great selection of photographer pictures and artists paintings. Very high quality photos and prints. I would recommend using a good quality paper in your printer. You can then pick-up a super cheap frame from a discount store, and voila'....inspiring photos and art for FREE.

When pinching pennies in today's economy, usually our entertainment dollars are one of the first dollars to get "pinched".
