How to get rid of cellulite

Cellulite rarely ever affects men, but 90% of women will have to deal with cellulite at one point in their life or another. Not only does it affect obese women, but can also affect thin women as well.

Cellulite is a formation of fat cells, and toxins underneath the skin, and appears as dimples usually on the thighs, buttocks, and stomach. If you pinch the skin and see little dimples you have cellulite.

Cellulite is known to be caused by age, stress, environmental changes, and is worse during puberty, pregnancies, menopause and while on birth control. Smoking, unhealthy fats, salts, sugar, carbohydrates, cooked food, dehydration, and not enough fibers are all contributing factors. Sitting or standing for long periods of time may also make it worse.

According to medical professionals there is no long term cure for cellulite.

Lyposuction which removes fat cells from underneath the skin does not work. Expensive medications, creams or massages may help temporarily by masking the unsightly dimples. But as soon as the treatment wears off the dimples return.

But Wait There Is A Cure!

First we need to thoroughly understand what causes these unsightly dimples to appear. We need to understand that it is not the result of overeating, although it will affect it as well, but it is mainly the result of eating the wrong kind of foods. Unhealthy fats, salts, sugars, carbohydrates, and cooked foods all become toxic in the body. Then when the body doesn't receive enough fibers (which help the body to get rid of toxins) these toxins begin to form into fat cells.

This results in poor blood circulation which then slows the cleaning system down even more making the cellulite even more visible.

So to stop cellulite from happening or to cure it, all we need to do is stop toxifying and start detoxifying our bodies.

This means to avoid all animal proteins, which are unhealthy fats, anything processed, cooked, baked or fried.

Eat lots of fruits, vegetables and nuts. In other words go raw!

Buy an inexpensive Juicer and drink fresh juices every day. Drink lots of water and, or herbal tea. Also make sure to get lots of Vitamin C.

Exercise regularly; even just a short walk every day will do. This will increase the blood circulation.

Massaging the area will also increase the blood flow and even make the cellulite disappear for short periods.

All these will provide the body with the proper fibers and fluids to start the cleaning of the body from the inside out. Blood circulation will improve and gradually more and more toxins will be removed and eventually the fat cells will disappear.

You won't see any results overnight…it is a long term process, it can take up to 4-6 weeks to even start seeing some results, but it takes much longer than that to get rid of it all. Depending on the severity of the cellulite and the amount of discipline to stay on the strict diet, it can take up to a year if not longer for it all to disappear.
