It's only been a couple weeks, but each day feels like it's been years. I'm completely head over heels for this guy i've dated for over a year and a couple months and he is my first love. I'd do anything to get him back, and the day after he called to break up I did the worst possible thing...I begged for him back. This is exactly what happened to me. I recently lost my grandfather on Mothers Day, his birthday was 4 days later, his funeral two days and then what do you know..here comes Memorial Day. It was too much grieving to bear and it seemed as if I could never get a break without something here to remind me of him. I got drunk on Saturday night and my ex and I had been working on getting back together. However, instead I did something crazy and went by his house and try to get him to come outside. I didnt want to be alone. Despite, him asking me to contact him later that evening, he instead comes outside curses me out and tells me I am insane. It really triggered something in me to have been told that instead of him understanding my grief. I apologized the following day for my behavior but it hurts to know that he thinks this of me instead of understanding that Im only grieving the best way I know how. I love him. His friend took me home but he told me that my ex started having feelings for my friend but my friend does not like him that way and my ex told him that I have very little chance at getting back with him. My ex also told his friend that he was upset I wasn’t telling him anything.
