Reproduction by seeds of the rose is the best way to get a perfect rose,growers mainly practiced experts in order to get new varieties, but the practice is not complicated and is available to all fans who want to obtain new varieties of roses.

In the fall it is best if the buds are harvested or hips of the flowers that have matured and are stratified into mulch or sand to early winter.

It should be stored in conditions favorable for germination: cold greenhouses or outside if there is no frost. Germination will occur between April and May. It can be transplanted immediately, as they are very delicate. They must stay outdoors during the summer in the container in which they were born and at the end of next winter and may be planted in their final place.

The bloom appears the same year that have been planted and will probably take by surprise with some pollination. If you control this cross pollination may occur by choosing the pollen of certain species to artificially fertilize a different one, that its how different colors of roses blossom.


To be successful in crossing normally all you need is be willing to learn how to do it.

The roses or any plant to cultivate mostly "Fertilizer Food is needed" but eventually nutrients in the flower gets exhausted and die.

It is the same as if roses or plants on earth that can still absorb nutrients continuously from the soil.

If you plan to grow roses in pots, you have to buy fertilizer and feed according to the instructions depending on the package you buy. Usually every rose gets every 6 months until the plant gets move to a bigger pot .... Make sure you buy the Roses that are # 1 it will say on the label or flower pots. This means it is a genuine and not based on one created.
