Creating good intentions within your mind is an ongoing process. Many consider diamonds to be a stone of the mind, having qualities of being invincible, durable and stimulating, keeping negativity at bay. 2. Let your intuition be your guide. It is always there for you like a best friend you can count on. Try to remember a time when you followed your instincts, you know the "gut feelings" that are always trying to tell us something, which in fact, act as guide to help you make better decisions.
3. Take responsibility for your emotions and remember you control how much DRAMA you allow into your life. Act or react, it's your call. You choose your response to all situations. No situation is inherently good or bad, the choice is always your own.
4. When you manage your mind chatter, you will improve your ability to make decisions. Ignore that negative self-talk and experience better decisions.
Your internal compass (intentions) is your diamond mind, so use it wisely. Part of the process to being whole (individuation) is to know how to be the master of your intent.
A healthy self-esteem is key to owning your personal power, giving strength and focus toward making better decisions all throughout your life.
