Majority of people do like to loose excess fat somewhere in their body. For a lot of people, they want to lose fat and they want to loose it fast. You may not want to own up to this but, most of us are guilty over overeating most time of the year, then when we start to see the signs of warm weather we want to loose the belly quickly. Sadly, losing belly fat is not that quick to achieve.

Most of us do not understand how hard it is to loose the belly fat. Belly fat is probably one of the most difficult to get rid of since it is made up of what is call "Stubborn fat".

The belly fat is actually a bit physiological different from others fats. The reason being, it is where the body store the fat first. Also,it is different because the fat there serves as protection for the organs and other internal structures. That is why it is very difficult to get rid of it.

So, to get rid of it, you are going to work hard for it. Don't lose hope because losing the belly fat is possible.

The first thing to do loose the belly fat is to exercise. The best exercise is to lift weights. When lifting weights make you srue are are lifting the heaviest you can possible muster. This is going to turn your metabolism on overdrive. Try to target 6-10 reps.

Next thing that is need to be done is to do cardio. However, don't do hours of cardio, concentrate on doing sprints. It is actually better to do sprint 1st then after you do a steady state of cardio. This is going to facilitate the release of fatty acids. This technique is way productive at getting at those bellly than doing a boring same old cardio.

Finally, watch your diet. Consuming too much fat and carbs calories will impede your progress, whereas, protein generally will help you because it takes more calories to burn it. although, eating protein can be taken too far. Make sure you do not go over 1.5 grams per pounds of body weight. Keep it around that state is going to be the best way. Then, you can use cabs and fats to fill those calories after your workout or some other time.

Losing belly fat is a test of patience. Be patient and do what is needed to do, and the next things you will know; you will loose your belly fat and could be showing off your washboard abs.

Its no easy matter . It takes a fair bit more than patience

Dieticans will say that a calorie is a calorie

However from my own personal experience it does not seem to that simple or as you say easy at all to lose weight - especially that hard to lose belly fat.

i totally agree with you jardan. it take a combination of diet, exercise and most of all discipline. It is always to start the diet or the exercise program but the hard part is to stick to it for couple of weeks or months.
