Harsh diets for instance are not at all recommended to people who suffer from a certain health problem, particularly since overweight camouflages or is triggered by some very serious ailments. The ways to loose belly fat will thus show great variations and adaptation to one's health condition, and diabetes or thyroid dysfunction sufferers are clear examples here. Hence, there is no 100% safe, effective or sure means to loose belly fat, and one should always consider objective and subjective factors before choosing a course of action.
