Wan to lose that sturdy beer belly? Well, build more muscles! Muscles burn more calories even if you are not doing anything at the moment. Your muscles are burning calories even when you are sitting, standing, and even if you are sleeping. So, our aim here is to increase muscle mass to burn that beer belly faster.

Building muscles is not hard but it is also not fast. It will take time so do not fret if you do not see the effects right away. Muscles also weigh more than fat. So, do not be discouraged if at the start of your exercises, no effect on the weight is observed. Your muscles are beginning to develop at this stage.

Do resistance (or strength) training. You will build more muscle mass in it. If you are not sure how to do it, ask guidance from a professional. If you overdo strength routines, you may feel fatigued. You can visit the nearest gym at your location or buy strength training materials to learn how to do it properly at home.
