We have all tried to figure out how to lose belly fat. You may have tried some of the socalled best diets out there. If you have, you already know that low fat foods don’t help you lose weight.  And the low calorie diets and low carb diets don’t work either.

Some of the pre-packaged food diets have been known to work, if you can keep on buying their expensive food each month. But who can afford to do that? And how soon before that food all starts to taste the same, out of the box? I tried it, and I got tired of it in just two months.  And then the weight started to slowly come back.

How To Lose Belly Fat

Recently I was introduced to a new system of eating which was so different from anything else I have ever been exposed to.  It promises you’ll see a change in your body in just 11 days from starting the program.

The program focuses on the two types of hormones. Did you know that your brain controls the release of fat burning hormones after you eat? When you eat something, there are two types of hormones released into the bloodstream, and they work together to control fat burning and fat storage in your body.

But, did you know that these two hormones are determined by the foods that you eat at the time? It’s no wonder at times we feel like we are fighting a losing battle, when trying to lose weight or trying to learn how to lose belly fat.

This diet plan manipulates these hormones, so after you eat, your body will produce a greater quantity of fat burning hormones. And the fat storing hormones are minimized as much as possible.

To alter these hormones correctly you’ll be required to eat more than three times a day. But the great news is, that you won’t be gaining weight because of this. Instead you will be losing weight the next two weeks. People believe that food is the “enemy” which makes them overweight, but that’s a great misconception.

due to the summer time i have did nothing but eat and sleep and gain 28 pounds i want to lose it all in just 2 weeks i need help as soon as possiable i am willing to exercise you can as much as possiable the only thing is that i use to lose weight by dance in now my back is out PLEASE HELP ME ANYWAY YOU CAN

Losing that amount of weight in 2 weeks is not healthy for you. 1 to 3 pounds a week is a much better way to lose weight and keep it off. I have been on the Lose It weight loss supplement for the last 5 months and have lost 15 of the 20 pounds that I am wanting to lose. This is a natural and safe way to lose the weight.
