Chicken and turkey are excellent sorces of protein and fruits provide good carbohydrates the body can use. Don't skip breakfast!
3) Eliminate the elevators and use the stairs! If you are pressed for time and can't get to the gym, if you have stairs at work, use them. It's an excellent way to tone your thighs and buttocks. 80% of staying trim is diet, but you need to get some exercise so you can speed up your metabolism and efficiently burn those calories.
