No fat-ring around the middle

It doesn't matter how you spell it, you just want to lose it, right? Men want a muscular body whether it is beef cake or just well defined and women would like slim bellies, no love handles or a fat-ring around the middle, and no super sized thighs. We would just like to fit into nice clothes and look good. And the great news is: Success is attainable. No matter how much extra you have, you can achieve these goals by not waiting any longer!  Just do it!

Step #1 on how to lose wate...er...weight--what whack job put "eight" on the end of weight?

Find motivation, go back and find pictures of yourself before you gained the weight. Put them on the refrigerator to remind yourself that you are now in fat burning mode and you want to turn back the fat clock. Then find fat pictures of yourself, go ahead and find the most revolting picture you can, and place it on the icebox to remind yourself not to give in to temptation. By the way, don't stick the ugly pictures on your refrigerator with duct tape! I found out what a mistake this was when some friends dropped by unexpectedly. I couldn't get the darn thing off in time—sigh.

Step #2 on how to lose wate..er..I mean weight. I'll get it right eventually.

Make a plan for what you will eat. Waiting until you are so hungry you could eat those moldy chips you found at the bottom of the cabinet yesterday is a bad time to decide what you are going to have for brunch this morning. You should preplan all your meals two weeks in advance, really, I mean it...get off the floor and quit guffawing! OK, so if you are a man then buy a diet generator and it will plan the meals for you, or it will at least help your sorry tail do it. Short of that: get married. If your meals are planned, you will not stray off the reservation so easily. There are great on-line diets out there with meal planners that allow you to enter your foods you choose and, voila, it will help you plan a two week menu.

Step #3 on how to lose wate...doh! Weight

Decide beforehand what your exercise routines will be. Sitting on the edge of the bed at 6:00 am is not a good time to be weighing the pros and cons of sit-ups vs. jogging. From my experience, you usually end up "deciding" your exercise time away. Doh! No time left for exercises this morning. I guess I'll start my workouts tomorrow. Again, there are weight loss plans that will help you do this and believe me, if you are anything like me—God help you—you need one of these programs!

Step # 3 on how to lose weight. Yes, I got it right I typed "How to lose wate"...I mean weight, rats!

Follow your plan! If you preplan your meals, preplan your exercise routine, drink plenty of water and stick with it, losing weight (yes, I got it) will happen fast and it will be easier than you thought it would be. You do not have to think your way through the weight loss program because you have planned it all ahead of time. If you do it in two week intervals, you can add variety and have fun with it. In no time flat, you will be sliding into the jeans you bought years ago but have never been able to fit. Check out the great choices of diets available to you on the web and I'll see you in the funny papers.
