56Enough is enough! You have decided its time to lose weight fast and get rid of that spare wheel sitting on your waist, but where to begin? These 15 super simple tips will provide you with an easy system to follow and will require not much sacrifice on your part.
1.Eat fruit. Nothing earth shattering here but are you really going to eat 5 fruits everyday, as recommended by most experts? More realistic is a minimum of 2 fruits per day. As I said, lets keep it simple and easy to maintain.
2.Eat vegetables. The same applies, a minimum of 2 portions a day. Note though, that I stress minimum so you can have more, especially as a snack. Have a fruit or veggie rather than that muffin or cake!
3.Less dairy and meat. Have at least one meal, lunch and dinner, without meat or cheese. Replace them with veggies, beans or wholegrains.
4.Less sugar. I know sugar gives you a boost but it is a quick fix and what your body requires is a constant flow of energy. Don't give up your luxuries, just cut down.
5.Chew. Yes, chew properly and pick foods that require more chewing. Take a fruit instead of the juice form. Chewing aids the digestive system by giving it less to do and therefore less likely to develope problems.
6.Write down whatever you eat and drink. No, don't calorie count, just note what you pop into your mouth and how much. Don't obsess, keep it simple otherwise you will quit. Keeping a record will keep your brain in tune with what you eat and also make it easier to prepare meals and snacks that are healthier.
7.Less saturated fats. Half the butter you use, half the mayo or sauce, half that oil you use in the frying pan and so on. Just reduce your added fats by 50%

12.Eat more grains, legumes, beans, and cereals. These wholegrains are very rich in fiber which is very important in a problem free digestive system.
13.Plan ahead. Be prepared with your meals and snacks and this starts with the shopping. Have a list of what you need. If you are going to choose something to eat without thinking, what do you think you'll choose?
14.Lots of Water. Have less or just quit on the sodas, coffee and the like, and have 8 to 10 glasses of purified water a day. It won't only make you feel great but will also keep you feeling full and less likely to be peckish. Trust me, this one tip alone can make all the difference.
15.No Tv. Specifically no eating in front of the tellie. Tests have shown that we consume more when watching tv. This is due to not being aware of what's going into our mouths and also to the length of time we sit in front of the tv.
