How To Make A Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

I must confess that the delicious chocolate cheese ball recipe that I am leaving you with today is off limits for me! I am a diabetic and sweetened cheese balls are not a part of my routine. However, occasionally I indulge a little. Pardon me as I salivate in my mind's eye!

The following recipe is simply mouth watering, finger licking, party powering, attention getting, king making, lip smacking, well, you get the idea! Seriously, I hope you enjoy it and the other related links I have on this hub!

What Is In It?

• 1 pkg. 8oz. cream cheese
• 3/4 cup real butter
• 1/4 tsp. vanilla 2 Tbs. brown sugar + 1 teaspoon brown sugar
• 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
• 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
• Chocolate Graham crackers
• 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans

How To Make It!

• Beat softened cream cheese, butter, & vanilla until rich and smooth.
• Gradually add sugars until blended.
• Mix in chocolate chips.
• Position mixture onto wax paper
• Form into a ball.
• Refrigerate for 1 hour.
• Roll ball in pecans.
• Serve with graham crackers.
