Bring Friendship Bracelets Back
In the 90's, us girls would spend hours and hours cumulated during recess, family road trips and summers making the coolest friendship bracelets for our best friends. They would stay soggy after swimming and showering but we didn't care, friendship bracelets were sooo cool!
I wish I would have known about braiding disks back then. It would have saved my little fingers and wrists from twisting so much.
How to Make A Braiding Disk
Materials:
A thin piece of cardboard. (A side of a cereal box would work well)
Scissors
Ruler (optional)
To Make Your Braiding Disk:
Cut the cardboard in a circle about 4 inches in diameter.
Cut slits, from the outside of the circle cutting toward the center. You need 8 slits, spaced out equally around the entire circle. Each slit should be approximately 1 inch long.
Cut a hole in the center of the disk.
