How To Make Home Made Egg Rolls A Step By Step Recipe:

Ingredients You Will Need:

toothpicks

2 Pkg of egg roll wraps (Can Be Bought at Most Local Grocers)

2 pkg of shredded coleslaw(With or Without carrots)

2 8 oz of Owens sage ground sausage

16 oz of salad shrimp

2 cups of shredded chicken

2 cups of shredded turkey

1/2 gallon of olive oil


Cook sausage in skillet until golden brown.

Drain run warm water oven shrimp

Combine meat and vegetables in bowl and mix well

In a small bowl add 1/2 of a quarter of a cup of flour slowly add water mixing to make a paste (once in a paste set to the side)!

Sprinkle flour onto clean counter.

Take the egg roll wraps and put complete meat filling evenly in the wrap

turn each side in and wrap using the toothpicks to hold the egg roll together once rolled

Heat oil and fry until golden brown.

Drain on paper towel and enjoy!!
