This is one of my favorite salads and I always get lots of compliments on it. I love to make this salad in the Summer when all of the fresh vegetables come out of our garden. As I am very GREEN and love organic having a garden rocks. If you don't have one I would suggest trying to buy organic. There really is a huge difference in taste.

Ingredients: You can use whatever vegetables appeal to you. Here are my favorites: 1 Red Pepper, 1 Yellow Pepper, 1 Orange Pepper, 10 of the small 3 inch Carrots, 1 Cucumber, 3 roma tomatoes, vidalia onion or red onion. Chopped

Smoked Cheddar Cheese Cubed. Now I love smoked cheddar cheese but any will do.

Strawberries (about 10 to 15) sliced,

Sunflower seeds (about 1/2 cup).

Annes Raspberry Vinaigrette.

This recipe serves 6 to 8.

Chop the vegetables and put into a salad bowl. I like to have my salad really colorful so I try and use different types of vegetables. Just a quirky thing about me. Next slice the strawberries and add to bowl. Then cube cheese and toss with other ingredients. Now add vinagrette and coat. I like a thick coat. You can also use Italian if Raspberry isn't your thang!

Last top with the sunflower seeds. Toss. They should stick on everything from the coating of the dressing. Chill for an hour and eat. MMMMM MMMMM!
