Many people think that you can burn your tummy away by doing heaps of situps. Well let me tell you now, it does NOT work that way. So how do you lose fats? This depends all on your genes. And it is predefined, sadly. What kind of exercises should you do to lose weight then? It is to do cardiovascular exercises and weight training. Weight training can help you burn fats all day long by increasing your metabolism rate. Slowly, all your fats will be gone!

"I Need Supplements!"

Many companies also sell pills. Pills that claim to help you lose weight. Do they work? They might! But what is important is that there might be side effects to the pills. Many people claim that acai berry pills will help you lose weight. But what is the actual thing that helps you lose weight? It is when your caloric output is MORE than you caloric intake! That's when you lose fats, and not when you sweat.

So bottomline is, supplements could help your weight loss to a certain extent but it is not an all wonder pill kind of thing. Most importantly is the balance of calories, by good exercise and a healthy diet.
