Hey you guys, I like to share my little technique on how to properly clean your ears using Q-tips.

It is natural for the ear to produce ear wax but sometimes especially when getting older you can suffer from ear wax build up. This can lead to loss of hearing until you go to the doctor to get the ear wax removed that has covered your ear drum. Most people like myself that don't have medical insurance and can't afford huge doctor bills so this is my home method of taking care of this on my own. If you go to the hospital the doctor will remove it for you but I was told that this could be vary painful. The doctor could also tell you to go to the drug store and get some ear drops or use a lite oil like warm olive oil but if your like me, I don't like the feeling of going def no longer than I already have to deal with so here is what you do.

Follow these simple steps if you have sudden hearing loss due to heavy ear wax. You may experience a ringing sensation in your ear with the problem that's due to ear wax build up.

Do this before you go to bed.

1) Get Some Hydrogen Peroxide.

2) Lean head to the side and pour a cap full in the ear with the heavy earwax build up and let it set for about 3-5 min. while slowly massaging your jaw in a round motion.

(Note: If you have heavy ear wax build up in both ears do one ear per night.)

(note: You will feel the peroxide slowly bubble and work it's way to your ear drum.)

3) Drain the peroxide from your ear by tilting your head to the side and let gravity drain your ear in a towel or tissue. It will take about 30 min for the rest of the peroxide to evaporate from your ear. After your ear starts to dry you may now go to sleep and let the peroxide loosen your ear wax overnight.

4) When you get up the next morning get out the Q-tips you might go through about 7 or 8 of them. Take the Q tip and place it about 45 degree angle downwards in your ear and slowly press in twisting the Q tip about 2 or 3 times then slowly pull the Q tip out. Repeat this until you remove all the excessive ear wax but remember it's there for a purpose so don't get to carried away or press the Q-tip to hard in your ear.

Now you should be able to hear better out that ear than the one that was working fine.

This should work fine for anyone but if you are still suffering from hearing loss after you have tried this then I do recommended that you go see your doctor.

I hope this works for you because it works for me and it's better than seeing the doctor and paying to get your ears cleaned when you can do it yourself.

EAR CANDLING IS FAKE!! Do not ever go out and pay to get ripped off buy people who use this alternative method for cleaning ear wax. You can puncher your ear drum or even burn your ear drum so don't let them fool you like it's your earwax that is in the burnt bees waxed funnel, it's the burnt bees wax. I wish someone told me this a long time ago.
