So many women want to know how to reduce cellulite. Let me assure you that it is possible with a healthy diet and the correct exercise program. I have reduced my cellulite by following a very easy exercise program and changing my diet.

It is so good to be able to wear shorts again without the embarrassment of cellulite. This program is simple to follow and is perfect for women who lead busy lives. The meals and exercise program are easy and not time consuming.

Let's start with the anti cellulite diet first. I began eating only whole, natural foods that have very high nutrient value and eliminated all processed and junk food. The easiest way to stick with the program is to clear all processed foods from your kitchen. If it is there, you know you will eat it, so get rid of it before temptation sets in. The anti cellulite diet consists of fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, fish, lean meats and whole grains. No junk food; no sodas and no processed foods. Organic foods are best.

You will see almost immediate results once you replace processed foods with whole and natural foods. You will quickly begin to lose weight; your cellulite will diminish; you will have more energy and your skin will have a radiant glow.

How To Reduce Cellulite With Exercise

Losing weight and strengthening the muscles in your legs, thighs and buttocks will reduce cellulite. The best exercise program to reduce cellulite consists of doing twenty minutes of floor exercises such as leg lifts, squats and lunges.

In order to get rid of the cellulite you must tone up the muscles in your cellulite prone areas. This is how to reduce cellulite and firm up your lower body.

Many people believe that cellulite is some mysterious type of fat. When in fact, cellulite is simply regular fat that appears different because of how it is arranged. Our connective tissue divides our fat cells into compartments and this connects our fat to our skin. In women these compartments are like a honeycomb and excess fat will bulge out and this is what gives you cellulite.
