What we first discussed were my eating habits, I began eating 5 small meals a day instead of my normal two. This kept my body in fat burning mode and not in starvation mode trying to hold onto the all the body fat it could. My cardiovascular program was a run/walk for three times a week a half hour at a time. I also did a half hour walk after my weight workouts. My strength training workouts are very basic I only do free weights and concentrate on large muscle groups like the chest, legs and back.
The most helpful part of hiring a trainer was he knew what type of chest exercises to concentrate on instead of chest doing flat bench press he trained me to concentrate on a complete development of my chest. You do not want to do decline bench press as this builds the lower chest it is best to concentrate on the upper chest as this will make your man boobs look smaller. F lyes are also a great exercise to reduce man boobs as the are very chest specific and you can really feel the muscle burn.
