Many people can find themselves with having a credit problem. It matters not your financial status. Bad credit is on purpose. The credit system was designed in order for the majority of consumers to have poor credit. The higher the credit the better rates one receives and the less money financial institutions make. The lower the credit of the consumer, the higher interest a financial institution may charge and thus more money may be made. It is not on purpose by the one with that credit, it is on purpose by the banks and credit system which was devised. Other countries do not have credit reports as we do in the USA. Their credit is based on their banking relationships an word of mouth.

Each time our credit is pulled, our score goes down. Does that make sense? If you want to obtain a "loan" to purchase a home, you will need the highest score possible. In this case you go to the bank and they pull your credit and the score goes down. Wow!!!

Sometimes companies may not inform you that you had a bill owed or did not record it. Without contacting you they may ding your credit and your score really goes down.

Do not fear though. Hope is near. Through the past five years, I have run a successful credit restoration organization. I would like to share with you, step by step the steps in which we use and even basic letters in which were use which work.

  1. Obtain a copy of your credit report. It is free. The sample to send is below. Send one letter to each bureau.
  2. The next step is to review the report once it is received in the mail. Use a highlighter and highlight anything which is negative, incorrect, and inquiries which you do not recognize or are over 2 years old.
  3. Send your first letter out (below) to each bureau.
  4. Await the reply from the bureau in 30-45 days. Send out letter two and so forth until your credit is as clean as a newly washed car.

This is your first real letter to restore your credit rating. It is short and simpl. It states the law without going too much into it. This is typically used at first to get some simple things removed such as old debts etc.

According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act you are required to have verifiable proof of any account you list on credit report, otherwise anyone with the ability to report to you could fax or email in a fraudulent account. I demand to see what proof you have of the below listed accounts which are unverifiable. Your failure to verify has hurt my ability to obtain credit. I demand they be removed immediately!

This is the second letter. This goes a bit more into detail on the specific laws and why your items need be removed. By not abiding by the law, the credit bureau now becomes liable for not removing something without proper validation.

This is the third of the letters. Again it states the laws and now becomes a bit more demanding in what actions you are able to take. You need not file a law suit but you are showing you have the ability to at this time.

This is a delay tactic …I will sue under section 617 of the FCRA for every available amount I am allotted to receive by law. What do you think I requested in the first place? Under Section 609 (a)(1)(A) & Section 611 (a)(1)(A) AND 611 (5)(A) of the FCRA you are required by law to have a copy of the original creditors documentation ( a consumer contract with my signature on it ) on file to verify this information. I demand you complete the investigation I requested in January 2007 or I will file a formal complaint with the Attorney General’s Office and the FTC. You have until June 8th, 2007to complete your investigation and return an updated … corrected report.

This is the fourth of the letters in which are used. It goes a bit deeper and creates a case in court if you so choose to pursue this action. It may and has, also scarred the bureaus to simply remove the items to avoid having to go to court over a single report.

MY FINAL COURSE OF ACTION WILL BE A FILING UNDER SECTION 617 OF THE FCRA FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY YOUR NEGLIGENCE! This is the 4th time I have sent you a request for verifiable information and you have once again failed! Section 609 (a)(1)(A) & Section 611 (a)(1)(A) AND 611 (5)(A) of the FCRA requires verification!

Letter 5...this slams the nail in the coffin for a case if your report is not fixed by now. It is very demanding and works quite well.

You have exactly 14 business days to make the changes below. I will file a formal complaint with the FTC and the Attorney General’s Office. This WILL get resolved! The law is clearly on the side of the consumer and you are violating reporting law! Under Section 609 (a)(1)(A) & Section 611 (a)(1)(A) AND 611 (5)(A) of the FCRA you are required by law to have a copy of the original creditors documentation on file to verify this information. How can you verify an account without documentation that the item challenged is actually mine? You can’t! The other credit bureaus have found it unverifiable and have removed it from my credit file. So again, how are you verifying this account? Remove it immediately!

When you have a credit inquiry on your report, your score goes down 2-4 points. Each time you obtain a loan and the broker shops you around, your credit score goes down and down and down. Many times, companies you did not authorize to pull your credit do. This letter below asists in removing those inquiries and thus bringing those points back up.

You may at any time in which a credit bureau refuses to remove an item in dispute, add a statement. The statement below works wonders as it is citing a specific court case in which the credit bureau lost due to the credit bureau not following the law. Add this to your report and the bureau, on its own report on you, will be, in writing, admitting it is violating the law.
