Loneliness is really a part of our life. Keep yourself busy. I too am in the midst of loneliness. Yet, I live life as it comes will all its challenges. Carpe diem my friend! Take care and enjoy every little blessing that comes your way.

Activate that creative you. Try poetry or engage in a hobby that will keep you busy. Listening to music will also be an effective tool.

Work, work, work. Channel your energy lost in feeling sad and miserable to one which will open up your productive side.

Circulate. If you have friends, of which I know you most likely have a lot, go with them. Try to enjoy their company and socialize.

Engage in an activity that will make you happy or make you smile. For me, I love gardening. Seeing my plants grow and flower lends a satisying aura to my being that keeps me happy.

Your sisters are there to help you. Talk to them and go out. Have a potluck party and invite some friends.

All in all, loneliness when left to grow only breeds more loneliness. Don't worry, it surely does take time. I too am on the road to leaving my loneliness behind.

Care to race and see who comes in frist to leave this loneliness bug behind? Hmmm ... on second thought, i'll settle for second place. What matters most in the battle against loneliness is having a new found friend!

If this article managed to elicit a smile from you then we both are on the right track!
